About Me
I’m a mechanical engineer by education and instinct, holding a Master of Science (Technology) degree, with close to 16 years of professional experience in demanding engineering roles, including safety-critical heavy engineering and customer-facing technical ownership, in addition to earlier trainee work and a Master’s thesis. At heart, I’m a problem solver who enjoys responsibility, complexity, and seeing ideas turn into something that works reliably in the real world.
I’m known for staying calm when situations become complex or uncertain. I don’t rush decisions or react emotionally; instead, I focus on understanding the problem, structuring the work, and moving forward step by step. This steadiness helps teams keep momentum even under pressure.
I tend to take ownership naturally. Not because of titles, but because I care about outcomes. I prefer clarity over noise, practical solutions over theory alone, and decisions that can be explained and defended when needed.
I work well in customer-facing roles and multidisciplinary teams. I value open communication, technical honesty, and mutual trust, and I aim to be someone colleagues and stakeholders can rely on when things are difficult, not just when they are easy.
In my daily work, I also use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to support analysis, documentation, and structured thinking. For me, these tools are not shortcuts, but ways to reduce friction and keep focus on what truly matters.
